Mary & Max- "A Film Review "


Hello again,

I  hope  every  one  is  doing  well. I  know  you  are  wondering  about  the  new  task. This  time  I am  here  for  a  less   challenging  task , we  were  assingn  to  write  a  film  review .After  making  podcast  and  digital  story,  it  seemed  very  easy😊 But  actually  this  time  aim  using  online  writing  tool  and  working  collaboratively.In  other  words : Online  Coolaborative  Writing. As  usual  our  trainer  gave us  two  options to  choose and  we  chose  the  fist  one .Film  Review. We  means , me ,Serra  and  Samet.This  time  we  had  to  be a  group of  three, thanks to  Samet  we  created  a  group  quickly.I  suggested  the  film which  was  one  of  the  great  films I  have  watched  many  times : Mary  and  Max. My  dear  friends  first  watched  it  and  they  found  it  appropriate  to  write  about  it.Then  we  started  working  on  it  on  Google  Docs -it was  one  of  the  requiements  of  the  task-.

Altouhgh  I  worked  once  on Google  Docs  before , this  time  it  seemed  more  fun  and  useful  to  me.Since  I  used  it   more  consciously  and  effectively  I  suppose . It  is  a  really  good  application  for  working  together.My  friends  easily  noticed  and  corrected  the  simple  mistakes  that  I  missed  in  the  text  I  wrote   or  vice  versa.We  changed  some  parts  of  each  other's  writings  with  better  ideas.It  is  possible  work  on  synchronously  or  asynchronously on  Google  Docs .Tough , mostly  we  worked  on  asynchronously and  I  also  found  it  very  enjoyable  to  see  changes  made  by  friends  subsequently.

After  completing  our  review  ,we  send  it  to a  different   group  for  comments.This  was  the  another  requirement of  the  task. We  exchanged  our  review  with  each  other  and  wrote  comment. Althouhg  I do not  like  sience  fiction  genre,my  friends' review  will  make  me  the  film watch  as  soon  as  possible.I  added  it  to  my  to  do  list.

 Happy  New Year  to every one! I  hope  everything  will  be  better  in 2025. Flipped  Language  Classroom   😊which  simply  means  learning  the  subject  at  home, doing  the  homework in  the  class.
